Preface

Founded in 1989, FLINT SKALLEN first worked in the fields of motion pictures and tvc’s. In 1995 FLINT SKALLEN added the services for on-air-design and was one of the first companies in Germany which offered this service (out of house design and production). Until 2003 FLINT SKALLEN has worked in both fields – commercials and on-air-design, beginning of 2004 the scope of studio and set design was added. During these years FLINT SKALLEN worked as creative producer / production or consultant for design agencies and/or tv channels; between 2003 and 2009 exclusively for velvet mediendesign, Munich. Since the beginning of 2010 FLINT SKALLEN is rendering it’s services independently for tv-channels throughout the world. End of 2011 a second creative and production work-bench in south-east-asia was added. This additional design source increases the creative points of view which for us is essential for the creative work in the different cultural markets. Next it opens the possibility to offer more competitive prices for the production phases of any on-air-design project. FLINT SKALLEN is and will stay a small company: Not the quantity but the quality of our works is important to us
